As the Global Lead of Identity and Access Management (f/m) you will be responsible for:

• leading the Global Panalpina Identity and Access Management (IAM) program

• developing and implementing end-to-end security services related to Identity Management solutions

• enforcing Panalpina security, quality and adherence to corporate IAM policy

• managing the IAM Organization, as well as Governance framework that will govern IAM initiatives and improve IAM maturity throughout the organization.

• The role reports to the Corporate Information Security & IT Risk Officer (CISO)

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field and/or equivalent work experience and knowledge

• Preferably a professional information security certification, such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or other

• Proven track record in IAM in a complex environment (Legacy system, cloud, onsite)

• Expert knowledge of authentication, identity management and directory services (SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, ADFS etc.) incl. design, configuration and deployment

• Experience with federation integration such as SAML, OAuth, etc

• Demonstrated experience with Privileged Access Management platforms

• Further education in Project Management

• Experience in leading an Identity and Access Management capability

• Strong background in Identity and Access Management

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Both analytic and strategic mindset

• Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals

• Capable to build strong and long-term team relationships within and across functions and geographical boundaries and based on ethics and trust

• Solid Planning & Organization skills (ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)

• Ability to recognize legal trends (regulations)

Languages

• English: fluent written and spoken

• Other languages are beneficial
