PANALPINA ROMANIA is looking to hire in the position of a Regional Overland Back Office, Administration Europe Clerk.

Based in Bucharest, this additional function is part of our recently opened Shared Service Center who supports European Process&Procedures within Overland Department.

Purpose of the position

* Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of the overland transport processes

* Keep special focus on managing and adherence of rules and guidelines of the overland transport guidelines and processes

Key Tasks

Responsibility (always in accordance with the instructions/guidelines from the Regional Head Office):

Working with Excel lists that contain shipments with missing PODs

Search for PODs in efile

Contacting vendors via email or phone to request missing PODs

Close follow-up on started actions (immediate reminder if requested PODs aren’t sent by sub-contractors)

Handling the complete billing process to customer, agents and internally for defined european Business Units.

Decision Making Authority

All competences to fulfill the tasks above according to the guidelines from and in collaboration with the Regional Head Office
