We are looking to hire a Country Manager Assistant & QHSE and Legal Officer to act primarily as local point of contact of QHSE and Claims management.

Responsibilities

Claims:

1. Follow and execute all processes about Claims

2. Claims administration: response to claims, sent provisions to Finance, ARC manteinance, communication with broker, KPI’s.

3. Follow up vendors claims.

4. Check in IMS processes and procedures related to claims to update information

QHSE:

* Implementation of the Country / BU HSE standards and guidelines.

* Carry out worksite inspections and HSE training & emergency response drill

* Provide HSE induction training to new employees, foreign colleagues & visitors.

* Responsibility to ensure that corrective actions resulting from accidents / near misses, audits, inspections & risk assessments are implemented.

* Collect inputs through consultation & participation from the staff to improve the Health, Safety & Environmental performance through the Behavioural Safety Programme.

* For the roll-out of HSE awareness campaigns/Safety & Sustainable Action week and communication to employees.

* To keep HSE notice boards updated.

* Ensure legislation compliance evaluations are completed at least annually.

Assitant role:

* Agenda: planning & follow up of meetings and events.

* Management Meetings: meeting scheduling, minute review and sharepoint update. Follow up of pending actions.

* Mobile expense reporting: expenses and travels.

* Weekly report: follow up with local management and sharepoint update.

* Facilities Management: purchase of offices supplies and maintenance.

* Travel Management: responsible of travels request for CM and his/her visits. Also is back up, during leaves of abscent, to actual Travel Manager resposible for all employees.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree preferably with a diploma in International Commerce, Administration or related disciplines. Candidates that are still students could be considering.

-Previous experience in executive assistant position

-Excellent management of Office package

-Knowledge of QHSE standards
