We are looking for a talented [[Sales Consultant Senior]] who will be able to:

Achieve sales plan objectives with assigned SME clients and targets by effectively selling PA’s products.

Key Tasks

* Generate business with assigned SME clients and targets in line with the sales plan

* Assure the successful client integration

* Provide information to BU Head of Sales for “sales planning” and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence)

* Provide client and target information, maintain CRM updated and quality of information

* Issue SOPs for new customers and maintain quality of information

* Be close to customers invoicing to check that charges are being settled

* Execute sales process

* Report sales actions

* Inform about BIDs and new opportunities

* Focus on KPIs for sales

* Decision Making Authority

* Pricing authority within defined guidelines

* Function- / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

* Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage

* Sales experience

* Complete understanding of PA (strategy and products)

* Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)

* Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints

The ideal candidate should have (it will be evaluated during the selection process):

* Ability to successfully execute the sales process.

* Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs).

* Educational background / Work experience

* Business administration / commercial background

* Sales experience within our industry (minimum 2 years)

* Fluent english

* Native Portuguese

* Proficient in MS Office
