We are looking to hire an In-House Logistics Co-ordinator to assist with the current telecoms customers based at the Milton Park office and act as interface between the customers and current staff.

Responsibilities:

* To provide and ensure operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction in relation to quality checking and vetting;

* This role demands the individual to work directly with the Customer at their offices;

* Good presentation and communication skills are essential with a good understanding of the Customer’s Company ethics and expectations.

* This enables Panalpina Staff to understand those ethics and work within them, and providing a partnership between both companies.

* Quality checking and management of all outbound Freight from the facility

* Translation of Information from customer to Panalpina

* Communication between China Customer HQ, Huawei UK Office and Panalpina Logistics Department

* Managing the information flow within Customer ERP System

* Reporting of Discrepancies

* Providing cover for both Customer employee and Panalpina Employee tasks as responsibilities whilst they are on holiday.

* Deliver individual and departmental KPI’s
