We are looking to hire a Global IT Application Analyst in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon to provide 2nd level IT business services for global SAP ERP based solution covering:

* FI/CO, MM, SD, Treasury

* Integrations with others systems in the system landscape, i.e. forwarding systems supporting business operations

* Worldwide from geographical point of view


* Deliver Global IT business services according to business expectations reflected in SLA, focusing on Incidents, Service Requests, Problem, Change and Release Management processes

* Understand supported business processes, business needs and priorities. Experience with Transportation and Logistic industries and Finance will be an advantage

* Cover both technical and application support. Resolve absolute majority of incidents that does not require IT changes. Liaise with IT Products (3rd level support) in order to escalate incidents that cannot be solved on 2nd level or require changes to the product.

* Provide the support and maintain IT solutions for the business function following the global Panalpina standards and procedures

* Anticipate and identify issues that may impact the support or performance of systems, propose, plan and execute corrective actions

* Deliver end user trainings for both SAP functionality and IT Service management processes

* Partner with other IT teams, participate in design, implementation and continuous improvement of Global IT Services

* Manage relationships with global/regional business counterparts, IT teams and 3rd parties

* Contribute to IT systems architecture, design and security discussions


* Higher Computer Science or Information Technology education

* Knowledge of finance business processes. Finance or accounting education in addition to IT will be a plus

* 3+ years consultancy in SAP ERP FICO, MM, SD, PCA, AA, Treasury, Cash Management. Deep knowledge of understanding of FI integration with SD/MM

* Understanding and experience in development and support of SAP ERP:

* Knowledge in SAP customizing is mandatory

* Understanding of ABAP and ability to do debugging will be a plus

* Understanding of SAP authorizations is mandatory

* Experience in providing IT business services and supporting IT business applications

* Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Solution Implementation, Roadmap and Test Management).

* Experience with documentation standards such as blueprints, functional and technical specifications, test scripting and protocols as well as training material.

* Practical experience of applying ITIL methodology

* ITIL certification is considered as advantage

* You will be part Global IT Services, located in our Center of Excellence based in Lisbon (Saldanha), with peers located in Basel, Nurnberg, Singapore, New York, Sao Paolo

* 35 hours per week

* International environment

* Up to 10% travel
