We are looking to hire a Warehouse Agent II to process shipments in a safe and accurate manner, ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction

* Utilized in a weekly basis computer program (WMS – IPAWS) to carefully track inventory on hand and find root-cause for the variances, generate two reports in Excel with graphs, one showing all cargoes that are physically in the warehouse and the second one with all categorized discrepancies:

* Pieces cunted versus pieces reported in IPAWS

* Pieces cunted versus pieces in a wrong area (Bonded / CFS / IBEC / Cooler)

* Pieces funded in a wrong location

* Experience using ERP system(s) or Warehouse Data Systems i.e IPAWS for Inventory purposes.

* Kept careful documentation of all incoming inventory and outbound. This will be a daily activity to register in a customized Excel Spreadsheet:

* Inbund – Pieces, Weight, HVC versus Regular Cargo

* Outbund – Temperature Sensitive Cargo, Pieces, Re-Weigh HCV Cargo, Picking Process, Load Process, Air Lines, Destination, Gross Weigh & Chargeable Weight, Lose or Palletized, Screening process and Airport Cut off.

* Responsible for completing the weekly physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations inside Gateway.

* Responsible for the Incident Data Entry using the Internal Company Incident Report (IHT) categorizing the events:

* Incrrect Documents

* Carg Rejected

* Damage

* Missing Label

* Ensure that a quality management system according to GDP (Good Distribution Practices).

* Contribute with ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.

* Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), run Reports from different systems (LCP / SCP / Pantrace / SAP Net Weaver), analyze and combine data (weekly basis).

* Operate all equipment by keeping the safety of the personnel and freight in mind

* Report hazardous cargo and any irregularities (damages, pilferage, 'short' conditions) immediately to supervisor.

* File, store and keep record of whereabouts of the operational files

* Keep warehouse neat, clean and organized

* Advise supervisor immediately of any equipment failure and need to re-order supplies in due time

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

* Above-average computer application and database tracking and entry skills (Microsoft Windows utilities). Advanced Excel.

* Excellent record-keeping and filing skills

* Multi-tasking

* Good judgment skills and ability to make decisions

* Team player

* Certified forklift operator

* RF scanner experience

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and additional local language
