We are looking to hire a Customer Service Logistics (Cerro Maggiore - Lombardia Nord - Italy)

Responsibilities:

Ensure communication between the Customer and the Logistics Platform

Ensure back-office activities from the receipt of the order by the customer / supplier / foreign office to the organization of the shipment of the goods.

Data mining and maintenance in the IT system relating to Customers assigned to the Logistics Platform

Support for the Logistics Platform Manager.

Qualifications

• high school diploma in Commercial/International/Logistic matters

• Bachelor degree in Economics or Engineering with focus on Logistics is considered a plus

Skills

• almost 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Freight forwarding business/industry, preferably within a logistic provider

• Precision and result orientation

• Respect of deadlines

• Team working

• Stress resilience for dynamic and demanding work

• Availability for extraordinary work

Languages

• Italian mother tongue

• English fluent
