* Adherence to all customer specific SOPs and relevant standard processes/procedures

* Update all systems with shipment data (FOS, INTRAC, Pantrace) and other applications in accordance to Customer SOP

* Manage a favorable commercial relationship with assigned key accounts that will promote Customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability

* Ensure that all assigned key accounts are managed and developed in line with the established strategies and all key performance indicators stipulated in the contract are fulfilled.

* Ensure effective customer handling (both internal and external)

* Liaise with shipping lines/overseas agents/vendors and update customer on Shipment/document status

* Coordinates with vendors/subcontractors for smooth execution of shipments

* Check the correctness of shipping documents and advise corrections and amendments with issuing office.

* Prepare various reports/DSR and analyses with nitrating various operational activities for various shipments

* Open docket/file and ensure all required documents are in place

* To maintain efficient information flow to supervisor and client, report timely and comply with deadlines escalate to seniors where necessary

* Increase customer satisfaction and business share through proactive and regular customer contact

* Achieve “Operational Excellence” through accurate and timely information and documentation resulting in increased productivity

* Timely and accurate preparation of quotations / tenders for various clients, if required

* Escalation of all impediments to Head of Operations

* Perform other duties as assigned
